In life, we at times will face chaos, failures, or disappointments. Sometimes these are a result of our actions, sometimes it is due to someone else’s actions, and sometimes life just is not fair. When we are in these moments, it is easy to want to give up.

These are some of the pleas to GOD from King David at different times in his life. Perhaps you are currently feeling desperate like David did. Your world seems to be crashing down around you, you feel there is no hope and no way out. There are two key takeaways I want you to get from King David’s struggles—despite his prayers not being answered right away, David never gave up on trusting GOD to provide, and as you will see below, GOD never gave up on him.
And GOD will never give up on you either.
