Welcome to the costal town of Magdala!

I wasn’t expecting much from this place, since Magdala or Magadan was only mentioned once in the Bible. But I was once again genuinely surprised after visiting another Biblical site.

What is here?

The synagogue where JESUS highly probably taught at.

The beautiful mosaic floor, and fresco that is still visible today.

But the highlight is the Magdala Stone.
